I wanted to add my vehicle to existing insurance and I connected with Amy. She is a very friendly and a wonderful person. Explained me all the details and have valuable suggestions. When we were trying to update sometime, there was some technical glitch and backend team had to fix it. She gave me daily updates and was following up with the team. She is an awesome person to work with. Thanks Amy for the wonderful help.
I called today to see if I could reduce the amount of my insurance premiums. I was fortunate in getting Amy on the call. She went through my policies reviewing any and all possible items I might benefit from. I came away with a lower amount. I really appreciate Amy's patience, thoroughness and willingness to help a customer. If I could give her 6 stars I would.
