Very positive experience. Enid Craig provided exceptional customer service to add a new vehicle to our automobile policy. She also conducted an existing policy review and recommended updates for additional savings on our premium.
The agent that helped me, her name was Amy. She took her time and explained my policies differences and how I could benefit more by adding other features. She was. Pleasant had great voice quality and never seemed rushed or disturbed.
