I will be reporting this business due to the fact the plumber came out didn’t even turn on the water to look at every bit of the problem. Charge me almost $700 to fix it elbow and I still have water pouring out the side of my house and pouring out of the bathroom area and he saw the bathroom area. I will be reporting this business. not only just that I called up there twice. No one answered just got an automated response. I am a 24 year-old woman who got ripped off

Justin Stevens was a kind and generous serviceman that truly seemed to care about resolving the electrical situation I was confronted with. That being said, he was the only positive thing from this interaction. There is a mandatory 90$ dispatch fee they disclose beforehand, then quote you at outrageous prices for what they describe as “simple” work so that you either fork up 1000$ or pay the mandatory fee. I’ve had service from Peaden for my ac/heating unit that was on its way out. When it hit its last leg. Daniel Eppes came out was very helpful in explaining in details what had happened and how much the cost would run to get it repaired. He was very professional gave very helpful information and offered for a consultant to come out and explain and go over the different plans which was available. I was able to be approved for a new unit.

Shane was very professional. He explained what was needed to be done and he finished the job within a few hours of his assessment. Then, he cleaned up behind himself. Thank you Shane. Winston came in, introduced himself and proceeded to check out the electrical panel. We discussed checking working and non working outlets, and installing additional outlets. He gave me a detailed estimate for this particular job. Thank you Winston.

Have gotten HVAC, electric, and plumbing all through them, and been very happy with each visit. Each technician has been prompt, friendly, efficient, happy to explain what they’re doing without scare mongering, and worked with me to plan what is a good idea down the line vs more immediate. Worked with Shane for plumbing, Scott for HVAC, Justin for electric. So far the monthly membership has also been proving a good deal, has helped on cost a lot.
