Called made appointment to have them come out and change out old spout and shower/ handle that has broke they set my appointment up told me I would receive a call/ text before the came out I receive a text saying your appointment is tomorrow less then 24 hours I never received a text or call the day of my appointment I waited all day no text no call I called to see why they did not come and the lady said we had to cancel would you like to reschedule the set me up another appointment 2 weeks later same thing happened they can... read more

There’s never a good time to lose ac in Florida, but mine went out right before I was set to leave the country. I took a chance and called at 4:08pm on a Sunday afternoon and Scott was at my house and had already repaired my unit by 5:11pm. Scott Eppes with Peaden was excellent to work with. He came out quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and found that the capacitor in my AC unit had gone bad. He replaced it promptly, got everything running again, and the price was very reasonable. Honest, knowledgeable, and professional service. I highly recommend Scott and Peaden for any HVAC needs

I will be reporting this business due to the fact the plumber came out didn’t even turn on the water to look at every bit of the problem. Charge me almost $700 to fix it elbow and I still have water pouring out the side of my house and pouring out of the bathroom area and he saw the bathroom area. I will be reporting this business. not only just that I called up there twice. No one answered just got an automated response. I am a 24 year-old woman who got ripped off

Our AC stopped working today (on a Saturday and a holiday at that). I got in contact with Peaden and told them what was going on. It was 88 degrees when I got home from work, not to mention I'm pregnant and in the third trimester. They were able to send out a tech in less than an hour. The tech, Scott, was very helpful and knowledgeable. It wasn't a cheap fix, but I appreciate this company getting someone to come out same day and fixing the issue, especially on the 4th of July.
