Zachary D was hands-down the nicest and most honest technician I’ve ever welcomed into my home. Peaden honored my coupon without hesitation, and Zach knocked out the job in under an hour. I’d already plunged, snaked, and even used a shop vac—but it was the pro-grade motorized snake with a toothed head that finally cleared the line. Clean, fast, and respectful. 10/10 would recommend—this is the kind of service that earns trust.

From the beginning, scheduling and dispatching were extremely helpful in getting an appointment scheduled. The technician Zach was very polite, and informative. He answered all of my questions and not once was he pushy about selling services. This locally owned business has definitely earned their 5 stars from me.

I needed a plumber and an electrician. I gave Justin, Zach, and Jarrod five stars. They did good work and were nice. I am giving the business three stars because their prices are outrageous. When I called to ask why it was so high, they said someone would have to call me back. Still waiting for the call. The ladies answering the phone were very pleasant. I was also kept up-to-date on when they would arrive. I would have given this business five stars if they didn’t charge so much money. $192 and $244 an hour is a bit much ... read more

We are highly disappointed with our experience with Peaden in Tallahassee. We were initially excited to find a company that handled HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, but that enthusiasm quickly faded. They set three separate appointments, though thankfully, all the technicians arrived around the same time. All three technicians were friendly and professional.
