“Peaden since 1969”; says a lot for the company and they can back it up I have been using these guys now for the second time in 4 years and they are best in service and quality business. The first time was correcting bad AC work performed in my previous home. This time I had a mini split installed in my garage of my new home. They were right on time diligent in their work professional friendly and absolutely the best!! Loving what they have done for my family today. -loyal customer.

Sarah worked with me for months, guiding me through the process, answering every question, and making sure my new Rheem 3 ton heat pump and Air handler would be set up for success. Devin was great, he came out and assessed our issue on Tuesday, spoke with the warranty company (who was less than helpful, but that’s not his fault) so we decided to just replace our hot water heater, and he got us squared away for the next steps. Fast forward to Thursday, the day of our installation and our technicians were Raymond and Joshua. They could not have been any nicer, or accommodating. Carson did an exceptional job. The inside unit of the mini split AC/Heat unit is not quite level, but not enough to warrant a decease in star rating. He was very professional and clearly described what was going to be done as well as what an electrician needed to do (there was no disconnect box for which to connect the unit) after the installation was complete. I will definitely use Peaden’s services in the future.
Wesley came to my home and did a complete check of the house, electrical panel, and AC Unit. I mean grade AAA service. Polite, knowledgeable, and he wrote up recommendations and the one that I chose completely fair moderately priced and be back tomorrow to do the service. Could not ask for a better customer service.
