I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, speed of scheduling service, addressing my issue and thoroughness by Josh M. He called each time to give me a time frame and again when he was on his way. He put a camera through my system to find where I was blocked in my sewage linee. He quickly identified that the issue was on the city side and provided me with recommendations on next steps and information to provide to the city of Destin. I had a problem with the toilet in our guest bathroom and immediately called Peaden Plumbing --- my "go-to" company for home repairs. Peaden immediately dispatched an experienced plumber, Joshua Moore, and he arrived one hour later. Joshua was very prompt, professional and diagnosed the leaking and water supply problem. I really appreciate the expertise of Peaden technicians. They're the best!! Don't waste your time and money calling anyone else in Northwest Florida. Extremely happy customer. Thanks Joshua!!

First and foremost, Thank You to Nate & Zach from the bottom of my heart! On Wednesday the 21st of August, these two (10 star) Peaden employees arrived at my home at 9:10 am to diagnose and fix my Briggs & Stratton Fortress generator that wasn’t working properly (installed by a different company almost two years ago). I've used Peaden several times over the last 5 years (AC and plumbing) and highly recommend them. They've always been prompt, professional and courteous. Most recently, I had an AC issue that required a bit of detective work. Kevin Brown went the extra mile to figure everything out and keep repair costs reasonable. Thank you Kevin!
