I had the kitchen and hallway floors switched over to tile and added mini splits to the house, and I’m so happy I did. Jacob handled the whole thing, and it made everything so much easier. The tile makes the space feel cleaner and brighter, and the mini splits have been a total game changer — the house finally stays comfortable no matter what the weather’s doing. Just had our hardwood floors refinished and new carpet put in by Jacob, and it completely changed the feel of the house. The floors look brand new again and the carpet makes everything feel warmer and more comfortable. He kept the work moving and made sure everything was put back together the right way. It feels like walking into a different place now, and our kids can now play in the basement on cold days.
We're very happy with Peak Builders and their work on our home. Ron, who oversaw the larger planning, and Jacob, who did the onsite supervision, were both great: communicative, prompt, wonderfully friendly, listening and responsive.
