Dr. Dy was so attentive and explained everything in a way that I could understand everything she was saying.
Dr. Dy is awesome. My former endocrinologist retired and Dr. Dy was recommended by her. Excellent choice. She treats my diabetes as well as other glandular disorders.
I have been with here for several years. she is a good doctor and she always listen and care about me. She answers and explains all my questions and gives me good recommendation. even though my insurance is not in her network, i still see her because of her excellent service.
Dr. Dy is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. She listens and gives all options and lets the patient decide what they want to do but also what she would recommend. I never feel rushed. I would definitely recommend her!!
Dr. Dy was dismissive and condescending towards me. She also canceled my prescription for a cgm in spite of frequent hypoglycemia that results in seizures. She stated that it is ok for me to get low blood sugar because I am thin. The inability to recieve proper care for my hypoglycemia has been extremely detrimental to my health.
Continues to prescribe new prescriptions even though doesn’t listen that I have stomach problems. She went ahead and prescribed a new prescription for me which clearly stated could have stomach problems. Called into office to tell her I was having issues with the new medicine and she would not believe me that my gallbladder was reacting to this medicine. Ended up having gallbladder removed.
She is a careless physician with no interest in her patients quality of life. She is under qualified in diseases concerning thyroids.
