As a Pool Builder one of the most important things is to have top notch subcontractors. Pearl is one of those top notch companies. They have installed pebble finishes on over 750 pools for us and I have to say they are one of our highest quality partners in building high quality high end pools.

I've been in the pool business for almost 17 years and this is by far the absolute worst pool finisher I've ever seen. I wouldn't let them plaster my pool for free!!! Very poor quality and attention to detail!

I had a very bad experience with this business. They instructed application of 12 gallons of acid to treat bleach stains on the pool's surface, resulting in deep damage to the surface of the pool. Currently, the surface of the pool is rough and dangerous to stand on, or to rub the skin against, as doing so would either result in scalding of the feet or sustaining cuts to the skin. Two repair attempts failed, and the personnel at this business have been avoiding me, refusing to return our calls for 10 months.
