This was the best experience I've ever had resurfacing a pool. Everyone did exactly what they promised. The communications was outstanding. Every phone call, text or email was responded to quickly, if not immediately, including Saturdays! The pool finish looks great. The lines are crisp and clean. We used Wet Edge Indigo Blue finish and replaced the tile. We used Pearl Pool to renovate our old pool from the 1980's. Pearl did new 6x6 tile, new 9" Academy brick coping, sandblasted old plaster/old paint and replaced with WetEdge Signature Matrix pebble (Picasso Blue). We are two months in and it looks great! We worked with Mark Bailey at Pearl Pools. We had our pool completed in the fall of 2019. And he and the team did a great job!! Superb quality! Today, 2 1/2 years later (Spring 2021) and it still looks great! The finish still looks great! They did such a great job. Love the work that was done. I highly recommend Pearl Pools.
This company pumps their waste pool lining into storm drains. Update: The owner had the audacity to reply to this by saying that’s not their product in the storm drain when there is literal photographic evidence. Stop polluting and stop lying about it. You and your team of workers (none of which spoke any English and were visibly terrified when I confronted them) got caught red handed.
We just had ASI put in a Wet Edge Caribbean pebble surface pool and was very pleased with their service. They were prompt in returning phone calls and replying to emails. They called several days before coming to say when they would be at our home. They showed up when promised and quickly got the work done. The pool looks great and we would highly recommend ASI to others looking to put in a pebble pool.
