The quality of work was poor. The gunite was not well distributed , and I had to make them redo it in places and the caulk around the tile was supposed to be latex based but was not and is now cracking. It takes a lot of effort to repair - ie retraining the pool so it remains trashy looking. We are very disappointed for a cost of 20,000.

The pebble tech finish Pearl Pools installed was cracking and leaking. They continuously ignored our calls and blew us off, clearly not wanting to acknowledge any liability. I would stay far away from Pearl Pools find another contractor.

Blue Haven has used them as subcontractor for my pool build and we’ve had to partially drain the pool and replaster the tanning ledge bubbler ring four times and counting because of their handiwork, two months of this nonsense.

I had my ~20 year old pool updated with new coping and wet Edge plaster. We received about 5 different quotes and decided on Pearl Pools with their knowledge, options and recommendations on the project. Our PM Ryan was great in making sure everything was getting completed to their quality expectations and on time. We also used their recommended financing which was an easy process.

Daly Seven has used Pearl Pools to plaster pools at our hotels. Their team is responsive, proactive and top notch! We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them.
