I have used Peatson for years for heating and air conditioning. Recently I needed a furnace repair. Peatson looked after getting the part which was under warranty. They sent a wonderful technician by the name of Matt out to firstly diagnose the problem and then carry out the repair. Matt was punctual, polite and very capably carried out the repair. 20 years ago when I got my first air conditioner I had great service from Peatsons. Now I question their services and integrity. I get charged $124.00 when for 2 days my unit was not working. Miraculously when the tech “checks” my unit outside by himself. There’s nothing wrong. He turns it on and works fine. Won’t go into details with what I think happened. But this unit is under warranty. I was told clearly. It was under warranty and would not be charged.
Peatson is amazing. They installed my A/C 8 years ago and when it failed a couple of weeks ago, they were out within 2 hrs to fix it. Turns out it had a leak; these are very hard to find and most companies just recommend putting a new unit in. But it had a 10 yr mfgerer warranty so they persisted for 3 days, found the leak and picked up a new coil from York. Cost to me? $0 labour and $0 parts. Incredible service.
I had a water heater and airconditioner replaced , and a hi effiecency furnace repaired ( not supplied by Peatson's ) a few times. There pricing is accurate and workmanship is second to none! emergency service is perfect also! I am moving out of the area , I would highly recommend Peatson's to anyone as they are very fair!!!
Purchased a new furnace & AC in 2011 from Wayne McCracken (Owner). He was so friendly and approachable during the sale. Starting in 2013 I had to call once a year because either my furnace or AC broke down. One year they both broke down. In 2019, I called Wayne to provide feedback on the York products and he told me he didn't want to hear it, he sold me a warranty and it always got fixed for free.
