We always have a great experience here. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and Dr. Mario is amazing. He always takes his time, answers our questions, and makes us feel comfortable. You can tell he really cares about the kids. Definitely recommend this office!
Feeling very bad to write this review. We see Dr.Habet for our child. She is truly AMAZING and WONDERFUL doctor. But in the recent past they cancel her appointments last minute. This is the second time that happened. I have an appointment at 9a.m today and they called in at 8.15a.m saying she is out of office. If it happens once, it's definitely understandable as everyone gets some last minute things. but if it is happening repeatedly, I am not happy with it. Great efficient establishment Dr. Mario Iraheta is great! He listens to any concerns and addresses it. He doesn’t tip toe around any questions. All three of my children see him! Highly recommended
I truly hate writing this review because the doctors, nurses, and front office staff were wonderful — especially Dr. Habet. Unfortunately, the call center system completely ruined our experience and is the reason we are leaving this practice. When my son was sick, I called to get him seen and was told by a call center representative that, based on his symptoms, he “couldn’t be seen” in office and could only do a telehealth visit. Always welcoming and friendly. Lab work is done quickly and all staffs are very professional. Zero waiting time(when appointment is scheduled) and in and out of the office in a short time. We always choose here for lab work
