Do not expect to be greeted with a smile upon arriving. Would not say this was particularly the best first impression for our appointment with our 3 day old new born. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming staff up front that nearly made me want to cancel and find a new office before evening seeing our doctor. We have been coming to this office for 15 years this month. We have always gotten amazing care, our doctor goes above and beyond. He listens and really cares about my kids! We have also seen almost everyone here, and they are all wonderful providers!
My granddaughter does not have insurance so I had my daughter use my FSA card to pay for a well check and shots. My FSA rejected it pending more documentation. I went to the office in Canal Winchester and began to explain my dilemma. The ladies working the window immediately began searching for the appointment, found all the information I needed to support my claim, printed everything out for me with highlighted details for the HSA provider. Have been using them for 15yrs. Our doc retired so now on to new. Took my kids on Thursday after day 9 of not getting better. One was on the mend, one was getting worse. Was diagnosed with FluA that had clearly turned into something worse. Was told to give my child NyQuil because she couldn’t stop coughing. Told to call the on call line if she wasn’t better on day 11. Just called was told by a nurse no one call Doctor on weekends as told and they couldn’t do anything over the phone. We love Dr. Croft. She is loving, kind spirited, caring and makes you feel like you're family. My kids saw her and my grandkids too. I highly recommend Dr. Croft.
