Every time I interact with this office, I have a negative experience. Whether it’s talking to a staff member over the phone to book an appointment or coming into the office and speaking with a staff member, there is always an issue. The issue 9.9 times out of 10 is the reception associate having poor customer service by being rude, and acting as if they know everything and talking to me like I’m dumb and that they’re better. I’m extremely disappointed with this pediatric office/group. Our child was discharged as a patient over a very small balance instead of the office working with us professionally and compassionately. For a practice that cares for children, the lack of understanding and communication was shocking. Families already deal with enough stress managing healthcare, insurance, and unexpected bills. On Friday 1.23 my daughter had an appointment at the canal Winchester but I accidentally sent my husband to the pickerington location. After he discover the mistake he trying to go to the right location but his car won't start. The pickerington team, helped him to jump his car, help him switch his schedule and went above and beyond to get them back to road. Amazing team they have there from the nurses to the receptionist. Amazing. And thank you for everything. I don't want it to go unnoticed.

I have been with this Practice for years and they are really great at taking care of my kids. The staff are very courteous and helpful especially with scheduling and referral issues. The doctors and nurses are wonderful especially MD. Hoffman and CNP Adrienne! They really take their time to make sure our kiddos are doing well easpecually during well visits. I have mixed feelings about this office/medical group. I took my daughters for their 2 year wellness check (1st time patients). As expected I was asked if I had any questions or concerns about their health and development. I had two questions and made sure to let the doctor know. I left feeling great about the appointment and really liked our experience with Dr. Randolph as well as the staff at the front desk. However, when I received a $400+ bill I was really confused.
