My initial experience with the scheduling call center was very frustrating. I spent nearly an hour on the phone, was placed on hold multiple times, and couldn’t reschedule my daughter’s appointment because they couldn’t verify my information, even though I had just rescheduled appointments for my other children. Pediatric Associates in Longwood is an amazing place! Dr. Courtes is patient, kind and the kids absolutely adore him! The staff is very kind and helpful. We recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
My son has come here sense he was in kindergarten he’s on his way to 3rd and Dr Josue is amazing with kids very knowledgeable and my son loves Dr visits here and that’s crazy because he has an iep so some task are harder and I would imaging dr visit but he loves it here I would recommend this place to anyone
First Choice has been amazing, All of the nurses and doctors are very attentive and caring. Doctor Cortez is great, he much rather talk to my daughter then myself which I love because that is forming a relationship where my daughter isn’t scare to come to the doctors office(very time in 7 years). This doctors office give my daughter and myself the feel of “experience”. We enjoy the paintings very much. They are very on top of the timing/ appointments.
Best Pediatrician ever 😍 my kids love going there. The staff are nice and professional and the doctor always does his very best!
