We are a Special Needs family. The staff is always patient, kind and efficient. Dr. Alexia Charles is perfect. She’s very thorough and her knowledge is extensive. Her bedside manner is pleasant and calming. She genuinely cares about her patients.
I like my doctors here but otherwise this office is pretty awful. The wait time is always so long (an 8am appointment I won’t get out of there for 2 hours). The cleanliness is disgusting too. The floors are never clean (hair everywhere and when I wiped up my kids’ food off the floor the wipe came up black. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and wish it would get better but it doesn’t.
Wild, systems not great seems like technical difficulties. They communicate one thing and when you get here something is always wrong. You make an appointment and the doctor isnt here you have to choose another that accepts the insurance. Then your appointment is timed so you need to be prepared to fix anything when you get here don't arrive thinking everything is going to be fine always expect the unexpected.
I have been coming to Peds Associates for 20yrs with my kids and had my twins seen by Priscilla Vallejo PA for their annual exam. She was AMAZING!!! We loved how thorough she was and how she took her time to ask the girls questions. We will surely be back to see her next time!
Great environment. The staff is kind from Check In to check out. Always accommodating. Dr. Diéguez is always helpful. Been seeing him For over 10 years.
