We are a Special Needs family. The staff is always patient, kind and efficient. Dr. Alexia Charles is perfect. She’s very thorough and her knowledge is extensive. Her bedside manner is pleasant and calming. She genuinely cares about her patients.
I like my doctors here but otherwise this office is pretty awful. The wait time is always so long (an 8am appointment I won’t get out of there for 2 hours). The cleanliness is disgusting too. The floors are never clean (hair everywhere and when I wiped up my kids’ food off the floor the wipe came up black. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and wish it would get better but it doesn’t.
I have been coming to Peds Associates for 20yrs with my kids and had my twins seen by Priscilla Vallejo PA for their annual exam. She was AMAZING!!! We loved how thorough she was and how she took her time to ask the girls questions. We will surely be back to see her next time!
Great environment. The staff is kind from Check In to check out. Always accommodating. Dr. Diéguez is always helpful. Been seeing him For over 10 years.
Loved the new office!! Wow wow wow !! everything nice and new… we have been at the Miami lakes office going on 14 years and the parking has been a mission for the whole time , Now nice ample parking and not packed compared to the other office… Love Dr. Perez, she is always so caring and loving with my kids …
