We’ve had a wonderful experience with Pediatric Associates of CT since our daughter was born. She’s now 9 months old and has been in their care from the very beginning. There’s always a doctor that can see your child when is sick. I have been taking all of my children to this office with no hesitation. Best providers and the staff is always available to assist you . Highly recommended!
I wouldn't even give them any stars if that was an option. I called over 2 months ago, told them my situation, my insurance and they told me to fill out everything online for my daughter. I IMMEDIATELY filled out the paperwork and waited 2 weeks. I called in and they told me they didn't even process anything due to NOT ACCEPTING PATIENTS during a "system change" so I said I understand and was told my application was moved to the top as it was time sensitive. PAC always listens to my concerns and follows through matching their words to their actions. We love that there are multiple qualified doctors and nurses to guide us.
I really love this office dr berg has been our doctor for years. There’s even a cool dr who raps for the kids. I do believe sometimes the nurses who take you back should be more personable. They sometimes seem really stressed, but the office has always been great to us. The rooms are also so much fun. Most of my kids actually love coming to the doctor.
