Absolutely love the drs here. Unfortunately, my daughter has a bill due to her father’s insurance which I can not fix because we are now divorced of $715. They have discharged her. The court order was for him to make the payments he hasn’t and they are refusing to see her. For the past two years since he switched insurances they have given us a hard time during sick visits which is extremely unprofessional. My family has been with Dr. Tasso and PAof CT since 1995. We have never had an unpleasant encounter. We live in another city and we still drive to WTBY or Southbury for visits. I do recommend them.
I really love this office dr berg has been our doctor for years. There’s even a cool dr who raps for the kids. I do believe sometimes the nurses who take you back should be more personable. They sometimes seem really stressed, but the office has always been great to us. The rooms are also so much fun. Most of my kids actually love coming to the doctor.
Unprofessional and unorganized. The opposite of friendly and sweet. The art of the walls in the rooms are cute. The waiting room is clean and welcoming. The people however are the people you try to avoid at all costs. Doctor's aren't friendly or willing to listen to the parent or patient. I picked this office because of some stellar reviews. Disappointed that I got the treatment I did.
I have used this practice with my toddlers the last 3.5 years and initially they were great. They were even my pediatrician as a kid. But lately it just seems like the front staff is rude and extremely dismissive. My most recent issue is when I called to schedule an appointment on a Saturday for my 2 sick kids they said they were booked which was understandable.
