We’ve had a wonderful experience with Pediatric Associates of CT since our daughter was born. She’s now 9 months old and has been in their care from the very beginning. This review is specifically for a recent visit with Sandy Narcisco-Owen. She was incredibly thorough in her examination of our toddler, and just wonderful with her. She was calm, reassuring, and all around a breath of fresh air. She made us feel validated as parents and we left feeling so grateful for her.
I wouldn't even give them any stars if that was an option. I called over 2 months ago, told them my situation, my insurance and they told me to fill out everything online for my daughter. I IMMEDIATELY filled out the paperwork and waited 2 weeks. I called in and they told me they didn't even process anything due to NOT ACCEPTING PATIENTS during a "system change" so I said I understand and was told my application was moved to the top as it was time sensitive.
