I would like to sincerely thank all the staff at the clinic. From the moment I arrived with my two daughters for their annual physical appointments, everyone was very welcoming and attentive. We were taken care of right away, and the nurse showed great care and attention regarding my daughter’s health concerns. I had a telehealth appointment scheduled today at 10:30 AM and was not informed in advance that the healow app would no longer be used for the visit. If I had not called the office, I would not have known that I needed to create a profile with Kids Doc Now. Due to this lack of communication, my appointment was canceled and later rescheduled for 11:50 AM. However, I was never connected to the provider. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn’t be happier with this pediatric office! Everyone here is so kind and welcoming, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. They always take their time with us and make sure my child feels safe and comfortable. The doctors explain things in a way that’s easy to understand, and I never feel rushed. The office is super clean and kid-friendly, which makes visits so much easier. Appointments run on time, and the staff always goes above and beyond to help. I do not like the doctors now that doctor carcamo is gone the doctors like to chastise never had that issue with dr carcamo i will not be returning after today and its sad because ive gone to dr carcamo since my oldest was 4 hes now 20

This is definitely a five ⭐️ practice. My son has been going to the same doctor office since diapers 13 years now. Not to long ago Pediatric Associates took over Carcamo pediatrics… same staff members, which we absolutely love. Dr. M. Boscan Sanchez is hands down one of the best pediatricians. She cares and takes the time to assist and resolve any issues we may have. We are truly blessed to have them as part of life. - Bambi and Cash
