We brought our NB baby here in March and have continued to go back since. The staff are always really nice, informative when you ask questions and super helpful if you need help with anything. The nurse practitioners and Dr. Raman all listen to my questions and concerns. The lady at check out, Erica, is very wonderful. And if you need to try out a different formula, sometimes they have varying samples you can have so you don’t have to buy it and then it not work out for your baby. We are so grateful for the care our child has received here. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and pediatrician has been so friendly and supportive. They make each appointment feel easy and comfortable, especially with a toddler who can be a little wiggly. Highly recommend them! 😊

I had high hopes when we first initiated care with this office. I do appreciate most of the staff at this office. My main issue is I reached out to this office on Jan 29th requesting a care for my son, and still have yet to hear back from the office. I even called multiple times, they claimed they tried to help by submitted a referral to my insurance, called and looked online with my insurance and no referral was even placed. So I have had the worst experience with this call center than I have ever had with any other call Center. I called. They put me on hold long periods of time I call they hang up I call there’s been times when I hear kids and dogs in the background and they put me on hold to deal with them and then put me back on the phone and I still hear him in the background. My husband and I have brought our two children to see Heather Pogar for the last three years and we really appreciate her. She doesn’t rush you or your child, she actually listens and will converse with you on either next steps or ideas on how to remedy an issue. She’s not afraid to share her personal experience as a mother and relate to you as a parent rather than a clinician being nonchalant.
