I really liked this place until today. Arguing with me to be alone with my child is WEIRD. Coming out and announcing to a 7 year old “ready to get your tooth pulled?!” Is not cool when working with kids. Administering a shot of medication and denying the mother to come back is unacceptable.
Absolutely Adore Pediatric Dental Center, my son who’s 3 loves the staff, they are so welcoming and they always know how to calm him and make the dentist trip enjoyable! I love that they take their time to explain and show him how the tools work, before using them. Bonus is the reward at the end, a balloon and a toy! We would highly recommend this office/dentist to others with small children!
Personally, I really loved the dental assistant. She did a great job and was very well worded for my small child who has never been to the dentist before. My son did great up until the point that the actual dentist came in, and I felt as though he was very cold, and not very good with my child. I called like they said I could do discuss further actions needed and they no longer are accepting us as a patient. Seems like they pick and choose who they see and don’t want anything negative brought to attention. 🚩🚩🚩
Treat our kids great! They were able to schedule all our kids at the same time, which is very convenient for us. Doctors and Nurses communicated with us throughout the appointment. The kids always leave in a great mood.
Would give 0 if you would let. It's a shame when they put money before children!! My Grandson has been seeing Dr Soper since he was 3 yrs old. So I had to cancel and appointment for him. Because his grandpa was sick and it been a few months . Before I could reschedule his appointment. So called and they informed me that because of that. He would be considered a new patient. And they are no longer taking new patients with ky medical. It almost the point where grandparents who are raising their grand children. Can't get servic... read more
