Absolutely Adore Pediatric Dental Center, my son who’s 3 loves the staff, they are so welcoming and they always know how to calm him and make the dentist trip enjoyable! I love that they take their time to explain and show him how the tools work, before using them. Bonus is the reward at the end, a balloon and a toy! We would highly recommend this office/dentist to others with small children!

Personally, I really loved the dental assistant. She did a great job and was very well worded for my small child who has never been to the dentist before. My son did great up until the point that the actual dentist came in, and I felt as though he was very cold, and not very good with my child. I called like they said I could do discuss further actions needed and they no longer are accepting us as a patient. Seems like they pick and choose who they see and don’t want anything negative brought to attention. 🚩🚩🚩

I struggled with how many stars to give because I really liked this place and referred a lot of people here, but had one bad experience that changed my view. Things I like: The staff is nice in person. The dentists are nice in person. The place seems very clean. They give kids a sticker, little toy, and balloon. Convenient location and with a parking lot. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Cold Spring location is large, clean, and easy to access. Both of my kids enjoy going. The balloon at the end is always a hit too.

My son had his first ever dentist visit today at the Pediatric Dental Center in Burlington and they were awesome! Everyone greeted him as we walked through the office and they were patient with him when he started crying. They took the time to educate me (the parent) on proper technique and how to prevent cavities. They were just so friendly and nice to me and my son.
