The building is extremely clean, and has fun stuff for the kiddos to do while they wait. Wonderfully kind and welcoming service from the front desk, the hygienists, and Dr. Curtis has always made sure our kids feel comfortable and safe while they are having their teeth examined. We only waited 5 mins at most to be seen and the staff had us taken care of and on our way home within 35 mins. That included X-rays, cleanings, and having teeth examined by Dr. Curtis. We had a very positive experience taking our first child for her first dental appt. The building itself has a very nice aesthetic, and inside the amenities are great. Plenty of toys and interactives for children in the waiting room. Even a nursing room right off the waiting, I so appreciated that. The wait wasn't long. All of the staff were polite and friendly. We were referred by my son's new pediatrician. All the staff were super friendly. My son loved all the toys in the waiting area. Dr. Curtis was phenomenal at explaining what was going on with my almost 2 year olds lip and tongue ties that were missed by my son's previous pediatrician. I feel comfortable with his knowledge and experience, and I am confident in the treatment plan we came up with for my son. There is a private nursing room in the waiting area, and I thought that was very cool!
Dr. Curtis and his staff are amazing, very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. From front desk personnel, dental assistant and Dr. Curtis- we had a great experience with his practice. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and takes his time to listen and answer your questions. Both our babies have been patients with Dr. Curtis since they were newborns with lip and tongue ties. We love how gentle he and his staff are with them, and he’s always very inclusive of the “parents, children, and physician conversation”. You can tell that there’s always a standard of care and people that are hired there, because they always have the same level of friendliness and compassion.
