Pediatric Therapy Inc has truly been a blessing! My son continues to make great strides! The staff has been very supportive and even shown us extra techniques to use at home. The staff and their service is awesome with a capital “A”!!
I initially went with this company because they said they offered in home. It took a few months for them to find someone that was able to come out to my home. They finally found someone and she was late to almost every appointment and took the time from my son that she was late. Then I get a call one day they say may no longer can do in home. Therapist was a really nice lady. It just seems like they don't have all their stuff together at the moment.
I have been an employee at Pediatric Therapy, Inc. (PTI) in Denton for a little over two years. The Denton staff is friendly and encouraging, which provides a supportive, drama-free work environment. This is by far the worst place you can take your children! I had inquired about them a few months ago to just keep our options open. They kept calling us for months trying to get us on board. I decided to give them a chance and went to their brand new location. It’s still a working process but the staff is friendly as are the therapists. I was not however impressed that for my sons feeding evaluation they set up a tray on the floor to set up my sons food and he ate standing up. I’ve worked for PTI for about four years. I started working in their Lubbock location and moved to Denton when they opened the Denton branch. It’s been so great to see PTI grow and be able to better serve so many sweet children!
