I Haven’t been to a doctors appointment for 15 years so very impressed with the amount of computer technology used. The front receptionist area doesn’t feel very inviting. Think it maybe the glass panels which gives some fish bowl effects. All in all a very good experience. Glad to find a good doctor and staff.
The servicie is fantastic, im really happy with the clinic and the doctors.I hope everything keeps the same.
staff are all fantastic. Lobby experience is poor. overcrowded (I'd assume from tight scheduling). Lobby was elbow to elbow and left several no option but to just stand and wait. Otherwise, very good experience.
Sarah is the best ever!!! No complaints at all ! She provided the best care!
I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at the PedIM. From the receptionist who checked me in, to the medical assistant, the nurse practitioner and the doctor, each one was friendly, courteous, professional, and made my first visit a very pleasant experience.
Dr. Carreras and his staff are amazing. He listens and acts like you’re his only patient while he is with you. Constantly seeing how he can change things and make it better. Love him. Will stay here as long as he is here.
Every single person I have dealt with has been amazing! Kylie, May, Carol and Dr. Tamra have been very patient, consistent, and attentive throughout this process. Everyone should be referred to this service!
