There are not many PA like Sarah Joerres. I always feel that she has done her homework and knows me personally. Reminds me of our family doctor 60 years ago that was so professional and caring. I hope PEDIM realizes what a professional they have.

The people are very nice and helpful at this place and anyone you see is good. I see Dr. Brenda Hayden-Brown and she is the absolute best as far as I am concerned. I have lived in Citrus County for over thirty years and I have never had a doctor anywhere here or in the surrounding counties that I have trusted more than I trust her. The man at the check in desk is just wonderful. He’s a brilliant new addition. Always efficient and even tempered and welcoming. Sarah is always wonderful and her assistant (Andrea?) is too. I really appreciate them all. And also that I can be seen in the other building. That makes a big difference to me. Thank you all at PEDIM

I came home satisfied, so I’d say the experience was good. I have finally found a doctor who will listen to my explanations and comment on rhem rather than just ignoring me.
