Waited an hour past our appointment time with a sick two year old who eventually started crying and begging us to leave. Pretty ridiculous to be expected to wait that long to begin with and whole other problem when you expect a sick toddler to be patient enough to wait an hour.

My test was right in time and handled very professionally. Office staff is wonderful b
The staff was not at all friendly. They charged us incorrectly and five minutes after we discovered the error refused to refund or even help fix the problem. Their level of “help” was to give us a number to call to fix the mistake they made.

Sat waiting for 1 1/2 hours. Come to find out the receptionist, who seemed to care less, did not check me in correctly. It was an hour behind for everyone waiting. We have things to do in our lives too!

We don't have a complaints about the Doctors. We have concern and annoy about the waiting time. Our appointment was 10 AM we checked in 15 minutes before that. We saw the Doctors at 11 AM ,that's 1 Hour late. I don't mind waiting for 20 to 30 minutes but an hour its very unprofessional and unacceptable. We have work and things to do also. They should be mindful with people's time. It's ridiculous
