Sat waiting for 1 1/2 hours. Come to find out the receptionist, who seemed to care less, did not check me in correctly. It was an hour behind for everyone waiting. We have things to do in our lives too!
We don't have a complaints about the Doctors. We have concern and annoy about the waiting time. Our appointment was 10 AM we checked in 15 minutes before that. We saw the Doctors at 11 AM ,that's 1 Hour late. I don't mind waiting for 20 to 30 minutes but an hour its very unprofessional and unacceptable. We have work and things to do also. They should be mindful with people's time. It's ridiculous

Doctor I saw did not tell me what he thought the problem was- what the rash is. He only spent 5 minutes in the room. He said he was calling scripts in. I told him that I already have that Medicine at home but he called in two scripts but I will see what they are today. He is not the person I usually see. ALWAYS waiting long past the appointment time. ALWAYS
The nurse did not inform us the provider was running 30 minutes behind.Which she should have done when she triaged us and roomed us. The exam room smelled of urine. Was not impressed at this visit as I work at a Doctors office myself and this would not be acceptable by any means. Dr. St Martin needs to enforce cleanliness and communication. We miss Dr. Shammas old nurse’s they were always on point! Plus the exam rooms were always fresh smelling.
Are appointment was at 130 we got there at 1 and was placed in room at 135 and no dr till 220 not sure why you have appointments if you don’t get seen at that time
Inconsiderate and domineering nurse practitioner. She knows it all and will be done her way. Won't ever visit her again
