Doctor I saw did not tell me what he thought the problem was- what the rash is. He only spent 5 minutes in the room. He said he was calling scripts in. I told him that I already have that Medicine at home but he called in two scripts but I will see what they are today. He is not the person I usually see. The nurse did not inform us the provider was running 30 minutes behind.Which she should have done when she triaged us and roomed us. The exam room smelled of urine. Was not impressed at this visit as I work at a Doctors office myself and this would not be acceptable by any means. Dr. St Martin needs to enforce cleanliness and communication. We miss Dr. Shammas old nurse’s they were always on point! Plus the exam rooms were always fresh smelling.

Are appointment was at 130 we got there at 1 and was placed in room at 135 and no dr till 220 not sure why you have appointments if you don’t get seen at that time

I called at 9:00 AM from the parking lot letting them know I was there for my AM appointment . I was advised to come right in and have a seat in the waiting room and someone would be right with me. Well, I sat there in front of the door into the examining room watching the aides looking at me as they helped other patients. Finally at 9:30 when no one helped me I left. At 10:00 AM I received a phone call from the front desk letting me know I could be seen now. You have to be kidding me. That's the way you run your office?

It was a waste of time because the receptionist did not give me my script for labs at my last visit. So I had to get the script and reschedule my visit. Also, I had to pay up front for what turned out to be a wasted visit. That won’t happen again because I won’t pay until AFTER I see the doctor.
