Yamuna and her team did an outstanding job from start to finish! Yamuna provided a very detailed and thorough analysis of the property. She did not pressure us to put our house on the market before we were ready, but gave us wise advice on the best timing to list it. She coached us on how to prepare the house for sale. Her assistant, Christy, rolled up her sleeves to help the day the photographers came. The photographers the Hoag company provided did an amazing job, including taking aerial photos of our acreage. Yamuna strategically priced our home to get the best possible outcome. We had offers within a few days of listing and closed in just over one month. Yamuna's expertise was invaluable as she answered our questions. Communication with the Hoag team was excellent. The process of selling our home went smoothly overall. We highly recommend Yamuna and the Hoag real estate team!

Alicia Moon was my realtor and she was fantastic. I relocated to to Oregon from New York and Alicia and her team at HOAG Real Estate made the process of finding and buying a home a breeze. Alicia went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and trouble free transaction. She not only educated me about buying a country property she went out previewed the house for me while is was across the country. When the time came to make and offer Alicia was able to negotiate a more then fair purchase price on my behalf. She was incredibly diligent in getting documents to the right people in a timely manner and was able to schedule all necessary inspections in a brief period of time. The entire time I spent working with Alicia she was as thorough and hard working as she is kind and charming. I would certainly work with Alicia Moon and her team at Hoag Real Estate to anyone in Oregon or looking to relocate here. I hope to work with them again in the future.

Peggy and her team were amazing in helping me sell my home in 2020. My sale was complicated by residing in Canada and unable to travel to coordinate repairs, manage household goods and even meet the team. I remembered Peggy from one visit in 2008 and reached out to her when I decided to sell. A special thanks goes to Christy and Carlo who were incredible to get my home in shape. just now Yamuna Benedict and her team are a class act. This team proves that you get what you pay for. We wouldn't exactly call ourselves high maintenance, but selling a high-end property can put you in a frazzled state! Will we get what it's worth? Will we be low low-balled? Will my agency represent me properly? ...Regardless of our questions and our concerned, this team was on top of it with answers and solutions.
