This is based on my first day dealing with Pekin. The customer service rep was extremely rude. I was in an accident last night with one of their insurers and I'm told I have to wait 5 days for someone to contact me. I told her this is unacceptable as I need a vehicle. She told me to rent a car with my own money and maybe they can reimburse me for it. But she can't tell me rather they can or not. What a joke. My insurance company has been in contact with me all day today.

Hello there! I just sent an email to one of your adjusters, a Mr. Keith Brady, regarding a claim (Number H7-Z49-408) resulting from the house fire of one of your poor customers. Being that our houses are somewhat close together, their fire broke three of my windows, yet you claim "lack of liability" in the matter. I don't know how you might react if your own home were involved, but I can tell you that this denial of responsibility on your part in unacceptable to me.
