I have been a patient for several years now doing just routine cleanings; the hygienists have all been excellent. I’ve had some very traumatic dental experiences prior to Pelham Family Dental; but they have just been so amazing. I had several issues after moving to Pelham and the office was nearby. I have since had a filling and a crown which included a bone implant. All the work was done painlessly and professionally. Cleanings which i always hated are a breeze. The dental staff are excellent and friendly. The admin staff up front are helpful and also friendly. All in all i really enjoy this dental practice.
Dr. Hamada took the time to explain in detail the pros and cons of an issue with one of my teeth. He engaged in active listening and answered my questions in a very professional manner. The staff is wonderful. They worked with me and broke down my insurance coverage without me asking. The while office is plesant and wonderful. I recommend this practice if your looking for a gentle dentist office or new in town.
Great for cleanings. Cleaning out your bank account. :) The billing department isn't as transparent as the previous owners of the practice. One out of three of their doctors are in network with my dental plan. Why wouldn’t a trusted billing professional share that information with you until after? I felt betrayed and preyed upon. Find a different dentist that makes you smile.
It was very difficult for me to go to a new dentist after decades with mine, and even more importantly, decades with my hygienist. Everyone was super kind and thoughtful. Natasha went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and no shame on my recent lapse in caring for my teeth! Ty!
