Ricardo was super. Fixed our toilet with ease. He was pleasant and efficient. Would use him with Pelicano in a heartbeat

Ricardo came out and replaced our cracked hose spigot in no time at all. He was very friendly and pleasant to have explain everything that was going to be done. The prices were fair and the overall experience was great. Will be coming back here for any future issues.

Riccardo came out this past week to replace a leaking water heater in my parents' home which I am in the process of selling and he was terrific! He was prompt and professional, explaining what needed to be done and getting the replacement done same day. He was also friendly and genuine. A pleasure to work with. I had a leak inside the wall behind my bathroom vanity and I called Pelicano plumbing who were recommended by a friend and they scheduled me for a free estimate right away. Jason Pelicano was my technician and provided the best service. He is kind and knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process to get my leak fixed. He stayed to do the work and fix everything the same day he came out to provide the estimate. It was an excellent experience and now my sink is all fixed. Per request from my HOA, I had to replace my washer hoses and you guys stepped up big time on my expectations on all levels of service. I am so proud yet happy with the work that you did my condo.
