Great fun for the whole family! Comfortable seats in theaters, and an awesome snack and concessions variety. Pizza 🍕 made fresh too. A bar with beer on tap, and mixed drinks. An arcade and very cool bowling alley too!
Facility his kept in descent condition but needs some attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. Especially in the food area. The seats we had reclined, had plenty of room, and were comfy. However, the faux leather was cracking and showing a lot of wear. The movie experience was excellent and the audio outstanding. If you are on a budget, skip concessions. You can go to a nice restaurant for the cost of popcorn, candy, and a drink.
The seats are comfy and the screen is great.. butt... Everything is sticky and grimy :( I just feel like the whole place could use a good cleaning. Kind of reminds me of a sticky sweaty jump zone or something. Other than that staff was friendly and food smelled/looked great (I saved my appetite for after).
Nice place!! Love the spacious seating. People have plenty of row to get by the seats in the isles. Reclining seats with trays. Place is clean, other than the windows need cleaned bad. 65.00 for 3 people, popcorn, 2 sodas & and order of fries.
Pell City Customer service has fallen so far. If you see a late movie, they leave you without concessions when needed. The “extreme climb” game has been “broken” since it opened. The bowling lanes aren’t even, nor do they score correctly. MOST of the food items advertised are not available or are served cold. The bar is bottom shelf AT BEST; being open 3 days a week and when not; they haven frozen cocktails that might as well be considered virgin for $15 a drink.
