Run far, run fast! Do NOT do business with Pella in the Cleveland area (or Pittsburgh, or anywhere else where Gunton Corporation is the distributor). Their incompetence can't be overstated. I ordered new French doors for my patio, and they installed them on my front door! They removed my solid wood and beveled glass front doors (and never explained what happened to them), and left me with white patio doors on the front of my Victorian home.
