APPALING: Mark Johnson and Beth Brigeman sold us on the idea that these were top of the line windows, the crew would be top notch, and that this process would be seamless. That was far from our experience. Abigail Lili, Alan Schulz, Tim and crew were in charge of our abhorrent installation. Please let this serve as a warning to not work with the Gunton Group. Very pleased with how professional all our contacts were. Our sales representative Megan Allen was tops. She explained all our options, presented the best affordable options, answered all our questions, made sure the woodwork would be a perfect match and even stopped in during our install to make sure all was going well. We had a great experience working with Pella with the installation of two sliding doors that replaced the original French doors. Kevin and his crew were very pleasant to work with and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed prior to install. They also were able to position the slider level with the existing floor minimizing a tripping hazard. The trim work looked great as well. Nathan Butcher and Jamil Jones provided and excellent quote experience. They were patient in their explanation of the process and precautions/care that Pella would provide for our replacement window experience. Both answered any and all follow-up questions I asked. They presented multiple payment options and offered as affordable of a price as was within their means. I would recommend them for the quality of their service and professionalism.

I recently had windows replaced by Pella and there were a few items which required follow-up/rectification. Dan came today and completed all these items in a professional and efficient manner. He was timely in arrival and was very neat ensuring that my home was not disrupted. All in all, I have had an excellent experience. Thank you!
