Pender has always provided fantastic care to my dogs over the years and our most recent visit was no exception. My dog requires mild sedation prior to visits and the staff are always so reassuring that everything will be ok. They always look to try and minimize the stress for my dog and for me as the owner. Doctors and tech’s are fantastic. I also want to mention the receptionists who go above and beyond to make sure appointments work for our schedule and that any records we may need are easily accessible.

Our family always receives fantastic service for our cat from Pender. We have been using Pender for over 14 years. Usually we go to Chantilly location, but had to use Fairfax this time. The staff and doctors at both locations are amazing and friendly. The facilities are always clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Pender.

Pender veterinary hospital has been our go to vet for 21 years. The staff is amazing and so kind and I’ve never met a doctor that I didn’t like. Everyone is wonderful.

Every time I bring my cat, Ivy, in the experience is wonderful. She may not think so but she does seem to really love the staff there. All my questions are answered and the care is so compassionate and high quality. Very happy to have my baby taken care of at Pender.

This is the only vet I will take my dog to. Dr. Voell is an amazing vet. He has been seeing my dog since his very first vet visit at about 12 weeks old and has seen him ever since. He is now 9 years old. Dr. Voell actually cares about the animals and will go out of his way to take care of them. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to pender for 6 years for reptile and dog care. Dr Voell and the team helped me save time with my golden retriever who has since passed away from cancer. The customer service, techs, and doctors are the best you could hope for. I’m now taking my 13 week old gp mix to pender and he has 0% vet anxiety with the team.
