The Pender staff are truly professional and courteous. They always treat my Sunnie as if she were their own pet family member. I appreciate their work ethic. Although I normally use the Fair Oaks location, I have also used the Chantilly facility. Both locations are models of how veterinary offices should be. Thank you for caring for my Sunnie.

I’ve been bring all 3 of my pups here. I’m disappointed in their recent response time regarding test results. 24-48 hours has equaled 4 days. Otherwise, I love Pender and have had great interactions with the staff and doctors.

Have had a great experience over the years with a dog and two rabbits at Pender. Great and caring staff, be it routine care or emergencies. I appreciate the emergency services especially. Highly recommended.

There are not enough stars to describe how thankful that Dr. vole entered our life, our wonderful Yoshi who we sadly had to put to sleep 3 weeks ago he was almost 14 years old. Yoshi was a Japanese Chin, so handsome and never once did he ever give us a hard time he was perfect. When he turned 6 we went to Pender for his regular checkup it was then that Dr. Vole found a heat murmur, we were devastated having already lost a chin Gizmo , he was 7 when he died from congestive heart failure. We own many generations of boxers and we have been going to Pender for over 20 years. Over the years, we tried to find another veterinarian facilities that are closer to home since we are about 45 mins away, but we were unable to find anything that comparable to Pender. All doctors at Pender are wonderful, but our primary vet has been Dr. Andrew Volle. He has a vast knowledge of many specific breeds of dogs and their unique medical conditions, particularly boxer.
