Pender was able to see my dog same day on Black Friday! Very friendly staff and gentle with my scared dog. Excellent service and provided meds to heal my dog.

Pender is the best vet center in the DMW. Our Rhodesian ridgebacks have been cared for by Dr. Denney since 1991. We are now on our 5th generation of ridgebacks. There is NO other practice in the DMV that we trust with our beloved pets (and for convenience we tried others). Dr. Denney and his team listen to our concerns and create a special bond with the pets under their care to develop a treatment plan. The reception staff courteous and friendly.

Pender vet has been out go to vet for 20 years now. Tbear absolutely loves his vet, Dr. Kelly jones. She is knowledgeable, pleasant and genuinely cares for her patients. Tbear enjoys his visits, and we’re assured of the finest care for our fur baby. We specifically request dr. Jones, she’s TBears’ “pediatrician “. You would normally expect a lot of pets to be afraid of going to the vet's building, but our dog loves the Pender team. We typically have different technicians and doctors at every visit, and everyone we interact with from check-in to check-out has been so friendly us, and our dog loves the attention. They're also very efficient with routine appointments. We're only waiting for a couple of minutes in the waiting room, we get what we need, and then we're out of there. Thank you!
