I’ve been coming to Pender for around 30 years, so obviously won’t go anywhere else! In that time, I’ve seen many different doctors for my many cats over their lifetimes. I’ve always had doctors that I trust completely with my pet. The staff has always been great too. I have my current cat under Dr. Flannery's care and he is kind, gentle, and so knowledgeable in treating my cat who has kidney disease. Dr. Shearer is kind, down to earth, and very professional. Our dog had has his share of digestive issues and ear infections, and she has helped us through it all! We know he’s in good hands with the Pender team and we couldn’t be happier with their services!

Wish you could have provided more help with behavioral issue with our dog. And if you knew that’s what we are calling about and you couldn’t help, then you should have told me and not charged me instead of saying only a behavioralist could help. This was a last minute appointment by telemedicine. The vet didn’t seem thrilled to have to fit it in. Otherwise, we love Pender. This experience was out of range of normal.

Dr Hyatt was very patient and friendly with Nala and had great suggestions for a first time dog owner. I’ve gone to Pender for years and they’re wonderful. Last year my cat passed away and they were so caring during the whole process

The Pender team is like family to us and Fig has had great care with the Pender team for 9 years. Response time is great, test results are delivered quickly, getting an appointment, even in an emergency, is smooth. The preventative care as well as treatment for illness or injury has been well thought out and carefully handled. From laser treatments to healthy check-ups to calming down this panicky dog Mom, Pender has taken great care of us.

The Pender staff are truly professional and courteous. They always treat my Sunnie as if she were their own pet family member. I appreciate their work ethic. Although I normally use the Fair Oaks location, I have also used the Chantilly facility. Both locations are models of how veterinary offices should be. Thank you for caring for my Sunnie.

I’ve been bring all 3 of my pups here. I’m disappointed in their recent response time regarding test results. 24-48 hours has equaled 4 days. Otherwise, I love Pender and have had great interactions with the staff and doctors.
