We've been going to Dr Denny for over a decade for our last doggo and now our latest. There's a reason for this, and that's because he knows his stuff, and is very honest with his feedback. There's no attempt to upsell products and/or services. He's also a great sounding board for google-research informed pupper parents like us. Kayla was the tech on our last trip, and was incredibly loving of our Lucy. She has a very gentle touch with Lucy, which was important for such an anxious and reactive dog. Dr. Hyatt and Kayla took care of my 4 year old cat today. My cat gets pretty nervous in unfamiliar environments, but this team was very effective and made everything comfortable for her. Also, she was getting her yearly check-up and some shots which was remarkably easy from beginning to end. They performed the physical exam, gave me the information I needed, I chose what services to get, and it was done. They also seem to like and appreciate animals which is a perk. Will go again!

Saw Dr Hyatt and Kayla today to check on a few issues with my recent rescue. As usual, everything was checked out and got meds when needed. Visit was quick and efficient. This is the third dog I have taken to Dr Hyatt so we would not go anywhere else, and Kayla is a great addition to the team. We recommend both Dr Hyatt and Pender frequently. Unless things change, we will continue being Pender customers.

We've been Pender patients for a long time. Have had routine physicals and emergency appointments. I'd recommend this practice to anyone. I get the sense that every doctor/technician really cares about our pets and our people. Our dogs have gone from puppies to seniors, and I felt all the advice was wise, practical and caring. And... the team always lets my pet-loving want-to-be-vet kid get involved. She's seen X-rays, listened to our dog's heart and looked in her ears. So wonderful and inspiring. Thank you!
