Just had annual visit for our kitty. Nice place; great staff. Dr. Hyatt and Kaylee were especially congenial, professional, and efficient. Kitty concurs.

Dr. Hyatt and Kayla were wonderful with our shy dog who was visiting for the first time. They were patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. They explained the details of our dog's upcoming surgery and gave us appropriate advice. Could not be happier with the experience!

Kelly and Dr. Arana are great! My cat had to come in twice in the last few weeks because she’s feeling unwell. Both times Kelly was there and she made sure that my cat and I were taken care of well. She kept making comments on how great my cat is, but honestly my cat only responds well to people who take the time and do the right approach. Dr. Arana did a fantastic job as well and made me feel like we had a good game plan on how to proceed with my cats care. Thank you both for all your help!

Dr. Hyatt has been our vet for at least 20 years and 4 rescue pups. There is an obvious reason for that. Kayla was our tech today. Very competent and caring. 5 stars for her, also.

Dr Cranston is top notch! She is great with my cat who can be challenging at times. She listens to all your concerns and lays out a plan of action that you both agree on. She is very interested in ensuring you keep her up to date with any status. Highly recommend Dr Cranston! Annie who was the vet tech was awesome! She was very gentle and attentive to my cat and did an amazing job keeping my cat calm for all the shots. Thank you so much Dr Cranston and Annie!

My pup needed medical attention like, yesterday. I was able to get an appointment within 20 minutes of my call! The attending vet, Dr. Dickerson, and the vet assistant whose name I didn’t catch were kind, empathetic, and thorough. If that wasn’t enough, the bill was a delight, much lower than I was bracing for. Kudos!!!

Caring community of Drs and staff. I’ve been using Pender for years and have had nothing but positive experiences, from emergency situations, teeth cleanings and regular exams.. always felt well cared listening to my pets needs. Dr Hyatt and Kayla are terrific

Pender has been my go to vet for my cats for many years. At best my travel time is 45 minutes, but it is worth it for the care my cats get. Dr. Hyatt is the vet I try to see, as he is always, caring, compassionate, professional and patient. In short, I trust him! The staff at the desk, and his tech, always go out of their way to be pleasant, helpful, and informative.
