Dr. Shearer and her staff have always been a complete joy to work with! My dogs absolutely love coming to see her. The receptionists are always warm and inviting and love to say hi to my dogs. 🥰 I genuinely love coming to this hospital!Â

We always have gotten our cats seen and treated here. Some years ago, I had switched to another closer vet in Ashburn but when they couldn't or wouldn't see my pet right away, I went back to Pender. Â
This was our first visit with PenderVet and I am very impressed. Met with Kayla and Dr. Hyatt who spoke with us about the pros and cons of neutering a puppy. They were very informative while also being attentive to Casey, our 6 month old Havanese pup. While we have been with another vet for more than 25 years, we really liked it at PenderVet.....finding the building was a challenge but we have it now! Great services at all levels for pets. Love it. Â
Dr. Hyatt and Kayla were awesome with my dog Derry and I in a difficult situation with a dog that is extremely stressed at the vets. They worked with me to get Derry sedated so they could give him the care he needed to have his checkup and shots. Also he had a hematoma that made it even more stressful. Would highly recommend them and Pender! Â
Dr Hyatt and Kayla are fantastic. Great care, competency, and communication. They take great care of our two dogs. Â
Excellent center, and it's only getting better with time. I just went in for an appointment recently and I was in and out in 20 mins, which included a detailed discussion with the vet on my dog, and with two vaccination shots done while we were talking. Best part is you pay for your visit right in the consultation room. Amazing that pretty much no other doctor's office takes this simple step in efficiency!
