We have been coming to Pender for over twenty five years and love Dr. Andrew Voell! He is kind, patient, willing to listen to our needs and concerns while offering the best medical care for our dogs. The staff is compassionate and welcoming to all who come to Pender.

I have consistently had a great experience at Pender. I've seen multiple Vets and Vet Techs over the years and all have been professional and caring. On multiple occasions, the doctor has given me their business card at the end of the visit with their direct contact info and told me to please reach out with any additional questions. It isn't what you may expect from a large practice. Dr. Pat Denny and his team at Pender Veterinary Hospital provided exceptional care for our 12-year-old white German Shepherd, Hailey. When Hailey developed a splenic mass, Dr. Denny presented us with a comprehensive range of treatment options with professionalism and compassion. His extensive expertise, spanning 40 years of practice, greatly influenced our family's decision-making process. We are delighted to report that the mass was benign, and we anticipate enjoying more precious time with our beloved Hailey.

Dr. Hyatt and his surgical team took outstanding care of my senior cat for her dental procedure. Her health is comprised by an auto-immune condition. Therefore, I was concerned about this necessary procedure. All went well, and I appreciate the extra care that was taken by Dr. Hyatt and the Pender staff.

We brought our new one year old rescue puppy for his pre-neuter check up with Dr. Flanary. We have two other dogs and have been with Pender for almost five years so our expectations are always high but this was far beyond what we could have imagined! Mattie, our puppy, is extremely fearful and will not let any humans approach him and will not take treats from your hand - we have had him almost 6 weeks and this has remained the case. Here's the updated review: --- Dr. Yong is amazing! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, communicates clearly, and truly cares about his patients. My dog, Mani, felt completely at ease with him, and I left feeling confident about Mani’s care. Everyone at Pender Veterinary Centre also wonderful—kind, professional, and attentive. Highly recommend Dr. Yong and the team at Pender Veterinary Centre!!!

Could not have been happier with my experience at Pender. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. They took such good care of my Diva. Dr.Riso was outstanding. Her assistant was also great. I cannot say enough how pleased I was with my visit.
