I found Pender by accident late one night when my 14 year old dog suddenly was unable to walk (among other things). I didn’t realize this vet existed or that they had a 24/7 emergency hospital until that night. Everyone there was so compassionate and Dr. George Mikhael was wonderful. I knew that when the time came for me to adopt another dog, Pender would be the place I would go. Our english bulldogs have been long time patients of Dr. Flanary. When our senior bulldog passed away last month, I felt it was handled by the Pender staff with professionalism and empathy. I truly appreciated their care during such a traumatic time. Thank you Dr. Flanary and the rest of the ER staff that were there on Oct 12.

Dr. Hyatt is the BEST Vet - personable, knowledgeable & really cares for your pets. One night my dog was very sick and after a 24 hr shift - he stayed to operate on my dog. I can't thank him enough for all he does. The entire staff is incredibly professional and always helpful - I won't go anywhere else.
