Professionalism at the highest order was with Dawn Mesa. Amazing personality. My husband and I are making Penfield Farms our future and permanent location. We are tired of renting and moving.We are seniors and handicapped. Moving, because of loud noise. We're looking for that nice, reasonable, quiet 3 bedroom home or 2 large bedrooms. Huge kitchen. This is a beautiful location..... Thank you!!

- this star. Federal, State laws not followed . Tenants rights violated. Rent increased over NY state guidelines, violated. 90 day notice violated. Threats of eviction in park rules, violated. Met with so called management, very cocky and pretty much a jerk. My rent checks will no longer be accepted because I never received increase notice as per the law. I didn't get approved and I asked why and they had no explanation talking about I have to call corporate then I asked what about my money and they said I have to wait 2 weeks to get it back so heads up I wouldn't give them no money until I understand and know what's going on I gave them $300 to hold a house for me to not get approved and they can't tell me why and they can't give me my money back until 2 weeks later not in a couple days and then I gave them money order and they going to send me a check in the mail like are y... read more
