Exceptional care. The team really listens to your concerns and offers applicable steps going forward. The hygienist Johanna and Dr. Katerina were wonderful. My exam was extremely comprehensive and gave me a deeper understanding of my overall oral health. Best cleaning in years!
Stop was excellent. Dr Katerina, Val, Earlene and Heather, were very helpful. Dr. Dr. Katerina is a magician.Val is the best dental hygienist I've ever had. Earlene helped me all through the process of obtaining service, and Heather is very knowledgeable!
I had a great experience having work done on my teeth! The staff was super friendly and scheduling was a breeze. Dr. Pham took his time making sure that I was completely comfortable throughout the procedure. The folks in the office were very thoughtful making me feel well taken care of. After the procedure, everything aligned properly the first time which I was impressed by!
As a new patient, I can say the whole team was super friendly! When you walk in the door, you immediately feel welcomed. The whole staff were all nice and helpful. Dr. Pham did a good job to make sure you felt comfortable and that you left without any questions. Definitely recommend!
Our family has been going to Floor Dental Group for close to 40 years. Our total experience has always been excellent. They are courteous, informative, explain treatments and what is going on in a way that is understandable to the lay person, clean office environment, and are always concerned about their patients. Dr. Pham has recently taken over and exudes the exact same priorities and did an excellent evaluation and treatment. The Floor Dental Group is our place and we would highly recommend to anyone and we will!!
