My orthodontist is likely the finest at this practice. Unfortunately the billing department makes this a three star review. They keep sending paper invoices showing I am in arrears for nothing but indicating I am anywhere from 90-120 past due. I have automatic bill pay set up with them and have met with them in their office twice. I recommend you do not finance your dental work here.
The financial service is WORST I have ever experienced. I have met the lady three times to talk about overcharging. She NEVER listened to what I said, and just keeping her statement, apparently incorrect. She is so stubborn and I don’t want to waste time on her anymore. I will contact Penn Medicine about this.
Pam is not only the best hygienist I have ever had but her skills are evident. She makes me feel at home. She met me with a warm smile, phenomenal bedside manner, and we had a lovely conversation. We laughed, at the dentist office!! My smile is whiter when I left than when I arrived. She is outstanding and certainly will be coming back thanks to Pam.
I had to get an emergency root canal and this is the most efficient practice I have ever been to, painless as well. I am now 24 hrs post root canal and I feel little to no discomfort. And when I tell you it was quick I’m talking under an hour for this procedure! My previous dentist took 3 hours and it was the worst pain I’d ever felt. I cannot recommend this practice enough, amazing work done and professional and informative the entire way.
I had an excellent experience at Penn Dental Family Practice (Locust Walk.) I've been very anxious to go to the dentist because of my experiences with dentists growing up. The dentist, my hygienist, and the check-in staff were all kind, thorough, and highly competent. Even though I had only scheduled an exam, Dr. Chawla managed to perform a (pain-free!) cleaning in her small window of spare time.
