Welcome to Penngrove Station Mini-Storage • Our Office hours are 8 am to Noon and 2 pm to 6pm daily. except for Sunday and Monday and major holidays. • Tenant gate hours are 7am to 9 pm daily, year around, including holidays. • Our main buildings are metal construction with insulated ceilings. • $15.00, one time administration fee (not a deposit). • We require tenants to use a disc lock (not a combination lock). • A restroom is available during office hours. • Manager lives on the property. • Locally owned and operated.

Sierra who manages the facility is a great representative and extremely helpful. She took the time to show me the various options. I was impressed with the location and how tidy the property is. I rented a unit from her with confidence that I was getting fair market value.

I would first like to say that Sierra that works in the office at Penngrove Mini Storage is lovely. Whoever owns the business is not. I rented two storage units from them for 2 years. In that time neither of my units had a working light bulb in them despite the fact that I asked to have them replaced multiple times. They kept on increasing my rent nevertheless. Also, some sort of insect from the oak trees above the units burrowed into my units and I am still trying to get them out of the clothes and beds I had stored there. ... read more
