Justin rang my doorbell after working on nearby houses and explained the services. He squeezed me in the same day and the windows and frames look great. Very smooth and professional service. He made it so easy that I’ve now booked in for regular scheduled cleans.
Justin was really helpful, very professional and has done an amazing job with all the windows and seals. Would highly recommend this company.
Justin did an excellent job of cleaning our windows (including in a hard-to-reach area) and also explaining the process to me beforehand. It is rare that my husband and I are truly impressed with customer service but with Penny Lane we have been. So far we have just booked an initial clean as we moved into our new house last week however we will now strongly consider booking regular window and sills cleaning through Penny Lane.
