Maria Wiggins was wonderful to work with. Our experience before she was assigned to our applications was unorganized and there was unclear communication. We were happy with Marcia she was very clear with the expectation.

Kayla and Sarkis were great. The process itself was horrible. No one knowing what the progress was with my loan, No one knowing why it took almost 4 months to complete, No one knowing why i the first appraisal was not approved, No one knowing why it takes 2 weeks to update information. Just overall poor aside from the Kayla and Sarkis. They are the only reason i didnt cancel this and go somewhere else.
Edward and the whole team in the processing department went out of their way to help me keep everything on track. Their hard work paid off, as my loan closed on time! Thank you all so much for your good work.
Great communication
I had a lot of problems determining requested documents and had to upload the same documents multiple times. I never spoke to the same person twice always someone new. I would have liked to have the phone number for Zannetta or Austin to be able to talk to them when I had questions.
It was good. I got money.
De’loria was great. There were a few times documents were requested multiple times by other people. Not by De’Loria. Overall I was satisfied.
I had an amazing experience with Janet. She was very professional and made sure I understood everything.
