A final call stating everything is set after closing signing is complete and an estimated date to receive funds is appreciated. Maybe they stated and I forgot it. Anyway, the entire experience was amazing!

Michael and Andy were fantastic! My only criticism is that the automated system kept asking me for the same info several times. If there’s a way to address that issue it would be helpful
Jamie was outstanding - he is a consummate professional who thoughtfully guided me through the mortgage process. He was proactive and engaged and clearly communicated expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Jamie and PennyMac.
Great customer service, quick responses, and very friendly service
I would have liked 1 call a week with a quick status update when the loan was with the processing team. I tried calling into the main number and got transferred a lot. But other than that, great experience!!!
Jimmy Kim did great with our applications (we had two because one house we opted out of) and Anna did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the process and working with the builder to get forms completed
