Review of loan
It was awesome.
Great service
I called several times a week to keep the process moving. I hit a road bump with my his lease. I had the same lease when I got the initial mortgage in 2019 as we as when I refinanced in 2020. It was clear no one on the underwriting team had the time to actually review the paperwork or previous applications
Just ok is not good enough. Closing the loan and document exchange delayed closing. After closing it would be nice to be able to call pennymac and actually talk to a person. Customer automated service is terrible
Sandra was very helpful, friendly, professional and answered questions quickly.
I wish this closing would have happened within the 8 week timeframe, keeping in mind that I live outside the USA.
