There were unforseen problems. We had to change the type of loan.i was approved within 15 minutes and everything was great until it went to Norma's Dept. Unfortunately, she always had to call me with the bad news. She is very upbeat and pleasant but always bad news. She was always having to check with someone. I think I had 5 different closing cost!
